This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Tamilnadu.

All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by us or other parties who have licensed their material to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute this material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, directly or indirectly, nor may you assist any other person to do so. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

Decalz.in tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Decalz.in does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by on Decalz.in is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.



DEFECTED GOODS

If you find a defect in the skin (fit problems, adhesive problems, etc.), simply email us some pictures of the skins you received within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. After checking the same, we will provide a replacement after consulting with the buyer. The durability and fit of the skin largely depends on whether it was properly applied according to the instructions in the package. In some cases, the film may very likely leave residue on the device due to an inherent flaw or incorrect application procedure. This residue can be easily wiped off with a warm, damp cloth or glass cleaner. In such cases, Decalz will not be held responsible for any damage or compensation incurred. Besides delivering the best products, our top priority is to provide the best support to our customers. We are here for you 24/7 and will do everything we can to get the job done 'On Time". If you have any problems with the fit or printing of your order, the Decalz team will be happy to replace it with another. We have noticed that some people are voicing their concerns on social media in a way that defames the Decalz brand name without first discussing it with our team. We strongly condemn this and will take the necessary legal action against such behavior.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Except for the legal rights of withdrawal, you cannot cancel your order once you have placed it. Because Decalz products are custom-made, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds may be issued for products that are damaged prior to shipment, or for products that have a logo or other graphic that does not match the logo or other graphic you requested. If your product is damaged, please contact us immediately. You will not be able to cancel the order and request a refund once the order has been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:

If the buyer does not receive the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date.
If www.decalz.in/ does not ship the ordered products.
If the destination of the shipment is not reached by the courier service contracted by us.
Refund requests will not be accepted for damaged products. We will exchange damaged products as soon as we become aware of them. No returns will be accepted if a customer wishes to return the product because they do not like it after delivery or feel that the product does not meet their expectations, as all products are custom made by us after receiving the order. No returns will be accepted if a customer wants to return the product due to minor design and color variations. There will always be some color variations between the products you see online and the products you have in hand. There are no refunds for packages returned without email confirmation. Decalz reserves the right to cancel any order received, including cancelations of promotional coupons or offers. Please note that shipping charges for international orders (outside India) do not include customs duties and other import charges. These charges must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by Decalz. In such cases, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges + Rto charges.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not arrive at the shipping address provided at checkout within the recommended time frame, please use the Contact Information section and let us know. We will work with you to reship the item and ensure you receive the product you paid for. We do not offer refunds for undelivered items because once an item leaves our warehouse, delivery is out of our control. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated shipping address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier due to incorrect address/contact information.
The package was refused by the recipient.
In such cases, the buyer is liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges levied by the courier services for returning the products to our warehouse. The said product will then be resent with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be accepted under these circumstances.

REPLACEMENTS FOR INCORRECTLY PLACED ORDERS

If you ordered the wrong product and want a replacement, you must return the original package to us in unused condition. Send us an email stating the reason for your return and include the necessary pictures of the product and the package you received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return the entire package to us. There will be no replacement for packages returned without email confirmation. Replacement shipment will be made after charging a return fee of Rs.120 per product (printed products and skins), which is to be borne by the customer. For products like laptops, MacBooks, skins (devices other than cell phones and earbuds), a return shipping fee of Rs.220 per product (printed products and skins) will be charged which is to be borne by the customer to reship the correct order. Once we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund is processed, it may take 6-7 business days to show up in your original payment source. In some cases, it may take 10-12 business days for the refund to be credited to your payment source.

CUSTOM IMAGE ORDERS

If the customer wants a specific wallpaperor image printed on the vinyl, the customer is responsible for any copyright or other intellectual property rights violations. Decalz assumes no responsibility for the confidentiality and possible misuse of uploaded images, however Decalz has done its best to protect the privacy of these images.



INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Decalz.in, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively, the 'Service Providers') from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any breach of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Internet account.
